Management

The Fund Managers, Thomas J. Synhorst, Douglas M. Goodyear and Andrew J. McKenna will be primarily responsible for the investment activities of the Fund. Along with their support team, they will be responsible for seeking, analyzing, negotiating and closing investments to be made by the Fund and, once closed, for managing and disposing of such investments. The Fund's management team will source deals, research potential opportunities, provide due diligence, prepare valuation models, negotiate investment terms, supervise the proper documentation and closing of investments, manage assets over the life of the investments, and oversee and manage disposition of investments. Below is a brief biography of each of the Fund Managers.
